Our 100+ acres of beautiful wooded, hillside and mountaintop properties are located in the Town of Chester in Orange County, NY, approximately 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail and Fitzgerald Falls yet only 45 miles from New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Estates at Brookview HOA represents the 20 properties on Brookview Drive and Sunset Ridge, each are a minimum of five acres. Our roads are private. The HOA is responsible for road and common area maintenance, snowplowing, and landscaping at the entrance. Homeowners are responsible for keeping their property along the road clear of overgrown weeds, branches, and debris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management is provided by our HOA Board, an all volunteer organization consisting of several of our homeowners. An annual meeting is usually held in the fall and is open to all homeowners. Other communications throughout the year are generally handled by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
