Located in the Town of Chester, NY, the Estates at Brookview is served by the Town of Chester Police, Town of Chester Fire Department, Monroe-Woodbury School District, and Monroe, NY post office.

MUNICIPAL SERVICES

Although our roads are private, the Town of Chester provides weekly trash removal. Pickup is generally on Thursdays unless there is a major holiday. In that case pickup is moved to Friday.
