The fencing along the left retention pond was disconnected and knocked out of alignment. After checking it out it appears that some of the tabs that lock the horizontal sections to the posts have broken off. The fencing is now back in place. If it shifts again, screws can be added to prevent movement. Now all it needs is a good power wash.
