Entrance Lighting restored

The right side entrance lights went off recently. After testing the wiring, the junction box in the center island had to be dug up in order to replace the underground wiring that had corroded over time. Many thanks to our volunteers: MORE >

New HOA Board established

At our online meeting on 11/21 new board members and officers were established. Results were sent to all homeowners.

Board Members needed

It’s been a busy year at the Estates at Brookview. Several homes have been sold and as we welcome new neighbors, some of our Board members and our Treasurer are leaving or are in the process of selling their homes. MORE >

Spring is on the way

With 2021 behind us and 2022 well underway, it’s time to look forward to spring. Hopefully we can return to “normal” this year and resume our annual meetings in person, if everyone is ok with that, or virtual, or a combination of both. MORE >

New snowplowing contractor signed

Landscape Impressions will take over as our snowplowing contractor starting this winter season. Thanks to all of our homeowners who reached out to potential new contractors and assisted in the search. MORE >

Fall agenda

In the works for this fall: Finalize selection of the snowplowing contractor, remove the hornets nest and replace the glass in the front right side light fixture, power wash the fence, update the landscaping at the front entrance. MORE >

Mailbox now updated

Just when we posted that our mailboxes are considered federal property and that we are not allowed to fix them ourselves, the post office gave us the broken parcel locker key and the duplicates they made to let us see if we could do anything with them. MORE >

Hornets nest in our light fixture

A homeowner has pointed out that a large hornets nest has appeared in our light fixture on the right side. We could pay to have it removed now or wait a couple of months and clean it out when the nest is empty. If you have a preference, contact us. MORE >

Fencing alignment

The fencing along the left retention pond was disconnected and knocked out of alignment. After checking it out it appears that some of the tabs that lock the horizontal sections to the posts have broken off. The fencing is now back in place. MORE >
